All wheels, shafts and pinions are mounted on ball or roller bearings in order to ensure minimum friction and minimum maintenance, as well as maximum precision in movements.

As for the two-column freight elevator, this system also makes it possible to exploit the slab and does not require fixing to the side walls. Each column is built with CR profiles and has a trolley with special bearings for high flow rates and sliding shoes with allow a linear movement without vibrations.
The platform is fixed to the four trolleys, made of electro-welded tubular and specially designed to avoid deformations due to the load, and covered at the top with almond-shaped sheet metal. The platform can also be made with load-bearing load-bearing sheets.
The movement takes place by means of four hydraulic cylinders which, by sliding a capacity chain, allow the platform to be lifted with the load. The system of referrals and torsion bars allows to maintain the flatness of the platform.
At each floor stop, a push-button panel is installed on the floor complete with emergency button and presence light.
